Pipeline Conference 2025 - Terms & Conditions

The Pipeline Conference 2024 (“Pipeline”) is a one-day conference hosted by The Agoge, LLC (“Agoge”) and will take place at The LINE Hotel in Austin, Texas (“Venue”) on November 13-15, 2024 (“Event Dates”). By registering for Pipeline, you agree to the following event terms and conditions (“Terms”).
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Until the full payment is received, your registration is not complete and access to Pipeline will not be permitted. Attendees must be at least 21 years of age to attend Pipeline and any related events.
CANCELLATION, CHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY
If you have registered and can no longer attend Pipeline, you may request cancellation of your registration by providing prior written notice to [email protected]. The Pipeline refund policy is as follows:
● Cancellation before June 15, 2024: Full refund of registration fee (less processing fees).
● Cancellation between June 16, 2024 and September 15, 2024: 50% refund of registration fee (less processing fees).
● Cancellation after September 15, 2024: No refunds.
If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out with an email to [email protected]. Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you cancel your registration in accordance with these terms and are allowed a refund, Agoge will refund any applicable funds within sixty 60 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased a ticket, do not attend Pipeline, and do not request cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please remember that canceling your registration does not effect any other hotel and/or travel arrangements you made. The attendee is solely responsible for canceling any hotel and/or travel reservations. Agoge takes no responsibility for any damages, costs, or losses should you cancel or change your registration or if Pipeline is canceled or postponed.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS
By attending Pipeline, you understand that you are increasing your risk of exposure to, and possible contraction of, communicable diseases, bacteria, and viruses, including COVID-19. You acknowledge and understand that COVID-19 is a highly contagious and dangerous disease that is spread easily through person-to-person contact. You further acknowledge and accept that participating in Pipeline carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid such risks, that there is presently no known way to provide complete protection from the virus. By participating in Pipeline, you assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Agoge and the Venue, their respective employees, agents, subcontractors, and representatives from any damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, claims, and expenses arising from the contraction or spread of communicable diseases, bacterial agents, and viruses such as COVID-19. This obligation is binding on you and on your successors and heirs.
ADMITTANCE
Agoge reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from Pipeline anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to Pipeline or any other attendee. This may be done at Agoge’s sole discretion and without refund or liability.
PRIVACY
To find out how Agoge may use your information, please refer to the Agoge Privacy Statement. As a participant at Pipeline, your information may be received by other attendees, sponsors, or partners who Agoge may share such information with for marketing or networking purposes.
PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO, AND VIDEO RECORDING
By attending The Pipeline Conference, you agree to give consent to be photographed or recorded on video during the event. Your likeness may be used by The Agoge / SDRLeader.com for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to print and digital media. No compensation will be provided for use of your image.
